meet the requirements of ASME Section V, Article 4, Fig. T-434.3 and contain EDM notches at 9½% of nominal wall on both OD and ID oriented longitudinally and transversely. Blocks are available in Carbon Steel (ASTM A106 Grade B), Stainless Steel (Type 304), and many special alloys upon request. Standards can be machined in PH Tool material, or customer-supplied pipe.
